New for 2017, you can now access the optometrist after hours.

This is a viable alternative for eye care after the regular office hours of Dr. Dary Popoff, optometrist or you can utilize the regular medical route of urgent care clinics, walk-in clinics or the emergency room at the hospital.

Requirements

- You MUST be a patient of Dr Daryl Popoff, optometrist's clinic
- You must pay the consultation fee in advance
- A non refundable amount of $45 will charged and a receipt will be issued for oculo-visual consultation from the optometrist.

Note: Fees may change at any time.

After Hours Form

Please fill out all the information below. The optometrist or office staff, under the optometrist's supervision, will contact you so please give an access phone number. Depending on the availablity of the optometrist, a reply should be made within a six hour period between 7am until 10pm daily.

This 'after hours' optometric service is designed to aid our patients with a suggested treatment of an eye or vision concern when our office is closed. If our office is open please call 204-275-8808.This is not a substitute for an actual 'in person' eye examination. In person eye/ vision assessments are mostly available at a hospital emergency, urgent care clinics, medical walk-in clinics and others. However, this service is a convenience for our office patients to access an optometrist when you "our patient" have an eye or vision urgency.
